Not only did was the OTP Verification plug-in easy to install, it does exactly what I was hoping for in an OTP app, the real icing on the cake has been miniOrange’s customer support, specifically Sagar. Very responsive and quickly resolved a specific issue that I had that was self-inflicted. This is how customer service should be and the business model other companies should follow. Kudos to Sagar and the team!

1. No RTL support. 2. No Persian/Farsi translations. 3. Bad UI, Confusing UI and Bad UX. 4. I couldn’t figure out how to connect it to SMS service provider. 5. I couldn’t figure out how to enable Phone Verification on WooCommerce Login Form. 6. It can use WooCommerce classes to style the UI elements. Edit: This plugin does not provide SMS features for free. You can’t get anything related to SMS done with this plugin without paying money.
